Disable the Header & Footer on a Page

There may be times when you want a page to display without your website’s header or footer. This is especially useful for landing pages, sales pages, thank you pages, or social media landing pages where you want visitors focused on a single call to action.

Disable the Header & Footer

Step 1: Go to Pages → All Pages

Step 2: Create a new page or edit the page you’d like to modify.

Step 3: At the top of the editor, click the Page Settings icon (it looks like a webpage with a pencil).

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the Page Settings panel.

Step 5: Enable Disable Header and/or Disable Footer, depending on which elements you’d like to hide.

Step 6: Click Update or Publish to save your changes.

When Should I Disable the Header & Footer?

Removing the header and footer helps eliminate distractions and keeps visitors focused on the content of the page. It’s commonly used for:

  • Sales Pages
  • Landing Pages
  • Thank You Pages
  • Waitlist Pages
  • Webinar Registration Pages
  • Social Media Landing Pages

Helpful tip:

Disabling the header and footer only affects the page you’re editing. All other pages on your website will continue to display your normal header and footer unless you choose to disable them individually.
